Today's swim at Gunston Cove is ON!
The first swim is from 7:30 – 8:30 am and the second swim from 8:45 – 9:45 am, followed by an optional run and BBQ.
Arrive at least 20 minutes before either the 730am swim or the 845am swim for a mandatory safety briefing. Here is the address that you can put into your GPS to find Gunston Manor, the private neighborhood where we host our swims: 5925 Kentia Trail, Lorton, VA 22079.
